Where Good Finds ships
The independent storefront is designed for United States addresses only. Stripe collects the shipping address and shows the shipping charge before payment.
How shipping prices are set
Every product must have approved packed weight, dimensions, packaging type, and shipping eligibility. The launch checkout uses a product-specific shipping band; the fulfillment system then purchases the carrier label after packing confirmation.
Tracking
After a label is purchased, the order record stores the carrier, service, tracking number, and tracking status. Customers receive tracking only after the shipment is actually prepared.
Oversize and restricted items
Oversize, freight, lithium-battery, hazardous, or items not approved for parcel shipment must be flagged during approval. They cannot silently fall through to ordinary parcel checkout.
Delivery timing
Handling and estimated transit windows are shown on the live item and again before payment. Good Finds does not publish a delivery-speed promise until the carrier service is selected.
