Information a customer provides
Contact messages may include a name, reply email, order or Good Finds SKU, and the message itself. At live checkout, Stripe collects payment and address information needed to process the order. Customers should never place card numbers, passwords, or sensitive identity documents in the contact form.
How it is used
Good Finds uses customer information to answer questions, prevent duplicate or fraudulent requests, process an order, ship a package, provide tracking, and handle returns or support.
Service providers
The launch architecture separates payment, email delivery, application hosting, database storage, and shipping-label services. Each provider receives only the information required for its job. Good Finds does not build an advertising profile from contact-form messages.
Security and retention
Secrets stay on the server, payment details do not pass through Good Finds application servers, and private order data is not exposed through browser database policies. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations.
Questions
Use the Good Finds contact page for a privacy question. Include enough information to identify the message or order, but never send card details.
